NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies offers free, NHS-approved talking therapies for anyone registered with an Oxfordshire GP. You don’t need a referral from your doctor, you can refer yourself directly.
They can help with things like stress, depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD and trauma-related anxiety, as well as support for people living with long-term physical health conditions such as diabetes, Long Covid, IBS, heart or respiratory conditions, and menopause. They also offer support to help people stay in, or return to, work.
Sessions are available face to face, digitally, or in groups, whatever suits you.
