NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies offers free, NHS-approved talking therapies for anyone registered with an Oxfordshire GP. You don’t need a referral from your doctor, you can refer yourself directly.
They can help with things like stress, depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD and trauma-related anxiety, as well as support for people living with long-term physical health conditions such as diabetes, Long Covid, IBS, heart or respiratory conditions, and menopause.
